I feel like this deck is fairly self explanatory. Mulligan for Fireside Song. Play as many Love of Tales as you can. Use three hunters to get cheap Silver Harp into play. Play all the songs on Bilbo. Eventually end up questing, attacking and defending for about 20 with Bilbo.

Burst into Song is an add I would consider, you could add some noldor songs to ready more people.
