@shipwreckMaybe try and sneak a Golden Shield or two in there? Do you find Captain's Wisdom puts you behind the eight-ball a bit? I think it's an ok card but I don't see the situation where anything you could pay for with the 2 resources would be worth not getting an action or 2 out of Theoden?
