ybbun has a newer deck inspired by this one: 4 hobbits through the saga

So far I’ve been able to make it through the first 4 scenarios of the LOTR saga quite successfully. Your main goal is to mooligan for Steward of Gondor and attach to Pippin since most of the allies belongs to that sphere. Second is to get Sam and Merry ready for battle.Hobbit Cloakfor Sam and 2 Dagger of Westernesse for Merry to take care of most of enemies. Use Pippin’s ability and Frodo's Intuitionto find those cards quickly. Sneak Attackwill help to deal with stronger enemies using Gandalfand Beorn and Henamarth Riversongas always will give you a better control on how many heroes and allies to send to quest.
