This is a Rohan swarm deck. Almost half of the cards in this deck are Rohan allies. With Théoden and Elrond teaming up, you can buy allies super cheap, and Gandalfis there because he's Gandalf. A Perilous Voyage's effect is nice, but with three Word of Commands you'll probably be able to get a lot of cards you need, such as Shadowfax and Vilya.

I think you can drop that single copy of the The Galadhrim's Greeting since you can't use its effect and add another A Test of Will

even with 3 words, there are 100 cards. to maximise the chances i would put in 3 Drinking Song and 3 Daeron's Runes that should double your chances to get vilya (and its still not very high)

the pipe is very important, i would add 3 Bilbo Baggins

@Alonewolf87``@doomguardThose are great suggestions. I think Nello would be able to hash these things out a little bit better if his mean old dad didn't give him so many chores and wasn't so strict about his computer time.

in this deck, The Muster of Rohan can really shine (perhaps he misjudged this card with Mustering the Rohirrim ?) and to get it back 1-2 Dwarven Tombhelp.

I'd switch 3x Shadowfax and 1x Unexpected Courage to 1x Shadowfax and 3x Unexpected Courage. Drawing a 2nd Shadowfax would grant nothing, but a 2nd UC would and they basically do the same thing (except for Ranged and Sentinel).

Mustering the Rohirrim might be a good thing in here, too. The Muster of Rohan sounds great, but it isn't that cheap in this deck.

With Cloak of Lórien, I'd say Elrond shall be the defender. With (hopefully) Vilya attached he has better things to do, I'd say. Also, if he has to defend, A Burning Brand might be a good addition.
