I've been intrigued by the idea of Grey Wanderer decks, and hadn't seen one built around Leomer yet. Here's one try! The idea is to pull Spear of the Mark with The Grey Wanderer, and play Strength and Courage with The One Ring.
This deck is inspired by Dunhere's Fear, but has some advantages (and drawbacks). The advantages are (1) you get to both quest and attack on the same turn (action advantage), and (2) your attack against enemies in the staging area is 6 without triggering Strength and Courage, and 9 with, as opposed to 4 without triggering and 6 with. The disadvantages I can see are: (1) you start with 2 higher threat, making it harder to avoid engaging enemies/falling out of stealth, and (2) this deck has a lot of cards without resource match which may slow you down. But the idea of being able to one-shot enemies up to 6 health is pretty intriguing, and may allow this deck to be played on more quests.

Feb 27, 2021would include some Dúnedain Mark, with 2 spears or 1 spear 1 guthwine he can pile up to an attack of (3 base + 1strength+4 weapons +3 marks +3 actiating strength =) 14! that kills everything except dragons and balrogs. would discard needful to know. its out of sphere (you have enough out of sphre cards) and to expensive. if taking marks consider some Weather Hills Watchman |
How about adding Gúthwinë and adding Snowbourn Scout to play it over and over? This will allow you to clear locations easier and Githwine boosts your attack. Definitely add more attatchments!
