Behold! More vacationeers! Why vacationeers? Because it sounds cooler than vacationers.
Gameplay is simple, get Steward of Gondor and as many songs as possible on Denethor, then let him be a beast defender with Livery of the Tower and Shining Shield, if you can get it. Boromir attacks with Valiant Sword and War Axe, and Faramir quests with most of the allies, which you can ready one of if you engage an enemy.
Yeah it cannot generate much willpower on it's own, but it is meant to be paired with Elrond's family Vacation, which can quest good.
