What about replacing Sword that was Broken with Sneak Attack or The Galadhrim's Greeting?

I'd also consider removing Thicket of Spears because the deck can't actually play it. Either add another Feint or maybe some Valiant Sacrifice to use those Leadership resources :)

Thanks @Uruk-guy first time trying to make a Rohan deck, it didn't play well. I will definitely make those changes. And yes @GreenWizard i do intend to use it for campaign play.

You're off to a good start! The basics are there. Maybe take out the Citadel Plate's just because they cost so much. With only one Tactics hero its not likely you'll be able to consistently play them. You could replace those with Valiant Sacrafice as well. Card draw will help a lot in Rohan as allies are frequently discarded. Leadership Eomer usually works best with decks that can keep their threat low. Otherwise enemies will engage you before you can kill them the next turn
