This is the deck I used for my Single Core Set Progression series to play Watcher in the Water.
The main gimmick of the deck is to use Hail of Stones to kill the Watcher. Since the tentacles are hard to kill, it is good to try to use direct damage if possible to kill them as well, but save a Hail for the endgame.
The Doomed 5 treachery is why Aragorn is great for this quest.

Mar 09, 2021It's worth it. Even if it draws you 2 cards you have dug deeper into your deck. The hard part about building progressive style is the lack of consistent card draw in the early life of the game. |

Is legacy of durin worth for only 7 hits? I feel like you could get 3 better cards in this specific deck, another descendant for example
