This deck is part one of a two-handed fellowship designed to make the most of Elfhelm's mount focus while staying true to a Rohan theme. There isn't too much here that's distinctive from a normal Rohan Spirit/Leadership build, except for the addition of Steed of the Mark for an extra mount. I've also made a small theme concession by including Elven-light, which in my opinion is the best card draw available for a Spirit Rohan deck with Eowyn.
