Pirate Brahm 1087
Aragorn returns to Minas Tirith once again under the alias of Thorongil. This time he comes with a strange company out of Rhovanion and Rohan, bearing gifts of fine weapons and armor crafted in the halls of Erebor.
This is a combat deck suited for group play. You're going to want to pair it with a good questing deck like this one: http://ringsdb.com/decklist/view/2154/down-the-shore-down-the-shore-2-0-2.0
This deck takes advantage of the extra wealth this new cycle offers in the form of hero Denethor and his ability to splash Leadership into a Tactics deck without sacrificing that extra red resource each round. A round 1 warrior ally with Raiment of War is a good start to any game.
No big surprise, you'll want to try to mulligan for Steward of Gondor. Captain's Wisdom works great on Boromir, since he can ready up at the cost of a single threat, or for free with Heir of Mardil. It's also great to save for the turn you pull Sword that was Broken, so you'll have the resources on Denethor to use it.
Raiment of War should be saved for allies, but can go onto a hero in a pinch. Raiment turns Defender of Rammas into a 0/2/5/3, Beorn into a 1/4/4/8, or Déorwine into a 0/2/4/5, etc. etc.
Between Sneak Attack Gandalf and the seven weapon cards with Foe-hammer and Bofur, card draw shouldn't be an issue.
