This is the deck I used to defeat The City of Corsairs for my Single Core Series.
The goal of the deck is to defeat the Stormcaller on turn 1. You do this by choosing the Silverwing as your 2nd ship, giving your heroes a +1 boost and dropping your threat. Without any additional cards in play, your heroes attack for 11 if you trigger Éowyn. Add in the attack of the ships and you got it. Just plan on failing the sailing test and hope the card you reveal does not cause you engage anything. If you can take the attack from the boarded enemy undefended on Gimli you boost your attack even more.
Now, you will of course have cards in hand, they could also help you attack. I have found that I can take down the Stormcaller on Turn 1 pretty consistently with this deck.
Once you advance to the next stages you slowly build your board state to prepare for the final stage. Use Trained for War if you find your lacking, but do not go into the last stage with all your attackers exhausted from questing.
Check out my video found here if you want to see this deck in action. https://youtu.be/uw7uxlZTk48
Enjoy!
