Galadriel has always been one of my favourite heroes. This is my attempt to build a Grey Wanderer deck around her. Her innate ability works extremely well with the contract. Effectiveley, you get one extra card and 2 resources each round for free.
I tried to keep it as simple and conflict-free as possible.
- No need for The One Ring
- No shenanigans with Galadriel's Mirror (always hated that card, even in good ol' Caldara-days)
- No Steward of Gondor
The core of the deck consists of your usual swarm of Outlands combined with some useful high-cost allies which can be cheated in via Timely Aid. There are some cards making use of early-game secrecy. I picked Ithilien Lookout over Celduin Traveler, because I'd rather avoid enemies than locations.
Note that the contract allows you to play the 1st card off-sphere, but is actually in-sphere with Nenya.
In your opening hand, you definitely would like to see at least one cheap ally. Resourceful or other secrecy cards are welcome, too, obviously.
Successful playtesting so far (all solo, unless indicated):
- Passage through Mirkwood
- Journey along the Anduin (normal + nightmare mode, which is always a good sign)
- Conflict at the Carrock
- The Redhorn Gate
- Encounter at Amon Din
- Across the Ettenmoors
- Voyage across Belegaer
- The Fate of Numenor
- A Storm on Cobas Haven
- The City of Corsairs
- The Mumakil
- Journey up the Anduin
- The Massing at Osgiliath
- Hunt for the Dreadnaught (epic multiplayer mode in a team with a Hobbit-deck)

Mar 19, 2022I would also consider Stand and Fight to have another way to bring those off-sphere allies (unique or not) in play since you can discard them to Daeron's Runes |

Mar 19, 2022I would not cut anything, with the extra card each round having 53 cards in the deck is not so terrible. |
the carddraw and lore-sphere with her is very good for grey wandering. outlands an interesting choice.
if cces to lore in grey wanderer i would exploit it more to make more usage of timely aid. means put in more carddraw and or Drinking Song
ist good even without a hobbit. e.g. mulligan for timely aid, then use drinking song to hope to get a new one for the next round.
consider Gildor Inglorion he has nice stats and using him before a Timely Aid you can cheat in an ally from your hand
