piranesi has a newer deck inspired by this one: Saga Rivendell Magic Squad
I tried keeping it thematic with only characters who could appear in Rivendell. Bilbo Baggins gets Gandalf his Wizard Pipe at the start. All we need then is Elrond to get his ring Vilya. Gandalf is showing us what the top card is and can manipulate it with his pipe and Elrond can play it for free.
Can be also done without Messenger of the King. Use Glorfindel as a hero and add 3x Bilbo Baggins and extra Pipe for Gandalf. Add Word of Command to help you look for the pipe.
