Jun 26, 2024Alep has made an alep-faq, see: alongextendedparty.com and there (scroll upt to ca. 75 % down) is an errata that gives the Rivendell Minstrel the minstrel trait. so, if you use alep-cards there is imo no reason not to use alep-faq. |

Fun as this looks, while playing it I realized I'm not sure it's a legal deck. The Last Alliance requires you to have at least ten of each of two traits, and only allies with those two traits, but Rivendell Minstrel, however much it ought to have the minstrel trait, actually doesn't, so you're both short minstrel allies and have an illegal ally.
I'm sure how to fix it, or if it could be fixed. There are only two misntrel allies you don't include, Bilbo Baggins (who is actually ineligible for inclusion because he has both traits), and Lamenter of the Lost, whom you could include, but couldn't play since it's tactics.
