Inspired by Kaspatou (due of the Elena and Estel combo). Though I thought the deck could have faster drawings. Actually I think Roheryn should be in the sideboard. With the combo Frodo Baggins and Sneak Attack you also have another Dwarven Tomb. Cards like Ranger Summons and Without My Hat let you play an event triggering Council of the Wise to bring in an attachment you might need from your collection or another possible Ally which either can damage or put progresss on a location.
