This deck is based on Tombadil Bombadil’s Roots and Rhymes deck. When playing the original deck list, I found myself dealing with big threats before my ent allies were up and running. So, I switched Treebeard for his ally version, Treebeard. Then I brought in Pippin in order to lower the starting threat, increase engagement cost (if only just), and get some card draw once my ent allies are ready to take and give damage.
I then switched up some of the songs and allies to get a rounded board (and turn Pip into a second Tom Bombadil if you attach both Let Us Sing Together and Fireside Song to him). Let Us Sing Together works best on Pippin, Treebeard, and Wellinghall Preserver.
I have had a lot of fun toying around with it and it’s my first published deck! I tested it against Journey Up the Anduin and the Siege or Erebor a couple of times each. Enjoy!
