We are going to take on The Siege of Cair Andros as a 4 player group and are preparing decks against this tough challenge.

Analysis of the Encounter deck shows the need for Siege questing to start with Battle questing as the main course. Cards like Master's Malice and Orc Vanguard push us towards Mono-sphere decks and Tactics specifically.

This deck is a Leadership option for this quest.

Getting a horse for Amarthiúl kicks the deck off as Elfhelm will boost both and . With a good draw getting both Armored Destrier and Steed of the North on Amarthiúl will let him Quest, Attack and Defend in the same round.

Steward of Gondor for Denethor, Errand-riders to pass the love round the table.

The various Dunedain cards are fetched by Weather Hills Watchman.

The remaining cards fill out the deck.

Not sure about Galadriel, is she too expensive as a fetch card and chump blocker as her will power will be useless?

I was looking at Reinforcements and Strength of Arms but what to cut?

Well, there’s no shame in running a 50+ card deck. I would add another steed, though.

Thanks for the reply, yes in play testing the Steed to ready Amarthiul will be key here. I was looking at losing an Errand rider and a Greenwood Archer for Reinforcements (one of my friends' deck is using Rumil, Marksman of Lorien and Galadhon Archer
